Ryan Trabuco was elected to an unprecedented four terms as President of Clairemont Town Council, and served in that role for nearly 6 years. The Clairemont Town Council works to promote the civic, commercial, educational, and cultural activities of Clairemont — San Diego’s largest neighborhood with over 80,000 residents.
As an active member within the Democratic Party, Ryan serves as the Information Technology (IT) Chair of the Clairemont Democratic Club. He is an elected delegate to the California Democratic Party’s State Central Committee representing the 77th Assembly District, and previously served as an Ex-Officio member of the San Diego County Democratic Party’s Central Committee.
He served on the County’s Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board for two terms, providing oversight of the County’s treatment and rehabilitation programs, and advised the Board of Supervisors on alcohol and drug prevention policy. He also served on the San Diego County Juvenile Justice Commission, where he provided oversight on the administration and maintenance of facilities within the county’s juvenile court system.
